Prepaid Order
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders exceeding a minimum order value of INR 599/-
- Shipping Charge for Orders Below Minimum Amount: An additional amount will be applied at checkout for prepaid orders below the minimum order value.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Serviceable Area
We currently ship across most pin codes in India serviceable by our courier partners. Certain remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable — this will be flagged at checkout if applicable

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and (where applicable) photos/video of the damaged package, so we can investigate with our courier partner and arrange a resolution.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped together or in separate shipments depending on stock availability and warehouse location; this will not affect your total shipping charges.
